A new chapter in making things work.

The work / Chapter 01

Real problems.
Things I’ve built.

From enterprise software to a hospitality business.
Following the problem wherever it leads.

My point of view

AI is a collaborator.
Judgment is the craft.

01 / Understand

Start with people.

How do they think? What do they need? What’s getting in their way? A better answer starts with a better question.

02 / Explore

Make room for possibilities.

Use AI to explore, draft, and build. Put the time it gives back into challenging assumptions and sharpening the idea.

03 / Decide

Own the outcome.

Tools can offer options. I bring context, make the tradeoffs, and stay accountable for whether the solution works.

Curiosity is the
common denominator.

Honestly, I don’t know
if I’m a product designer.

I’m a problem solver and a critical thinker. I love figuring out why something isn’t working—and making it work better, faster, and more efficiently.

My roles have changed as I’ve followed new problems worth solving. The ones that draw me in most are design problems—where understanding how people think is as important as understanding how things work.

At Splunk/Cisco, I worked on AI product experiences, enterprise administration, and incident-management workflows. At Deloitte, I connected design, product management, and delivery. With Casa Cochimí, I brought that thinking into the physical world—and built the digital experience around it.
